The Jesus Deck is just what it says – a deck of cards.
In the 1970’s it was published as an aid for children to learn the Biblical story of the life of Jesus Christ.
In 2003 it was “discovered” by Professor John Drane,who recognised its usefulness as a means of starting conversations about Jesus and matters of faith and spirituality.
I began to use it soon afterwards and have had some amazing conversations over the years with a whole variety of people.
A few years after we began to use it stocks world wide began to run out. In 2012 it was republished and I have been delighted in the years since then to see its use worldwide. 
There still are stocks of the Deck and the main outlet for sales is www.missionmagic.co.uk They ship world wide. I deal with bulk orders only.
There are a number of us who will put on training events for those who want to add this way of working to their Christian ministry. I am based in Northumberland but am willing to travel and only charge for my travel expenses.
I am convinced that there are many people who are best helped to develop their spirituality using this means. it is visual , it is interactive, it is gentle and respects the views of others. Best of all it points to Jesus not to religion or church.
In 2015 Grove Books published my small book ” Using the Jesus Deck- Unfolding the story of Jesus through playing cards.”
This gives some of the story of our discovery of the deck, discusses how it can be used and also looks at the theology behind this method and the questions it raises for sharing faith in our present time. This is still available.
